Revisions are made when I draws the sketch, If the sketch has been approved, only small revisions will be allowed such as colours and small mistakes

After the sketch has been approved, we can proceed to payment. If you don't pay, then progress will stop and you will no longer be accepted as my client

You are allowed to ask for the progress (but don't ask every day, I need to focus when working on your commission)

Files (transparant png no background, png & jpg with background) will be sent via : link Drive / Gmail or both

Receive files via Drive may be deleted at any time, so make sure it has been download/back up

additional with too much details will be more expensive

_REVISION

Free 3× revisions, after that you will be charged an additional fee of 10k/5$+ per revision

_CHARACTER

Additional one character : 100% of the base price

Characters with detailed designs : 20k/10$+ (ex: characters from rpg games)

_BACKGROUND

Simple background > solid color, gradient, pattern : free

Detailed background > indoor and outdoor : 20k/10$+

_OTHER

Added expressions: 10k/5$ per expression

Additional small/uncomplicated objects are free

Animal such as pet, pokemon, plushie, etc : 10k/5$+ per each

Detailed item > musical instrument, weapon : 20k/10$+ per each

PSD files : additional 50% of the total price

_DEADLINE

1 character takes 1-3 weeks or more to complete and might be delay due to school activities and health issue

I don't accept commission with short deadlines

_{REVISION AND CHANGES}

I only accept revisions until the sketch is approved

Price already include for 3× small revision, after that you will be charged an additional fee

I won't do any large change (pose/outfit or something which doesn't show in the references at first)

Revisions and changes can affect progress and the waiting time

After the lineart, only small revisions will be allowed, such as colours and small mistakes

_PAYMENT

I accept payments via pulsa TRI and BNI for local, and PayPal for international

Pay after the sketch has been approved

I do'nt accept international commissioners who want to pay with local prices

_{CANCEL AND REFUNDS}

If I feel uncomfortable with the request. I reserve the right to refuse your commission

If you are not responsible within 72 hours when the sketch already finished and you haven't pay for it, i will cancelled the commission and you will be added to a list of no longer accepted customers

There is no refunds If you want to cancel the commission after the lineart

If I can't complete your commission for any unforeseen reason, you can choose to keep waiting or ask me for a full refund

_{USAGE RIGHTS}

Commercial fees must be warned when the commission is ordered, but if you change your mind, you will have to pay the fee even if the commission has been completed

If you cancel the commission, but the draft has already been started, I have the right to use if for any purpose

Credit me when you share or use my commission artwork

I have all rights to my own commission artwork, you can't claim it as yours

I don't accept commissions from third parties, reseller, fake studio, etc.

Your social media will be listed on trello, let me know if you want to keep it private

Commission results may be uploaded to my social media, tell me if you want me to post it on a specific date or keep it private

Client or Artist may not share each other's personal contact details with third parties
